Refund policy

At Noor Brasil, we want you to love your purchase.

We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

• The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Tags are still attached
• The item is not damaged or altered

Due to hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return (e.g., intimate wear).

We do not offer refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. Exchanges or store credit may be provided instead.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
